Appointments
We recommend appointments be made in advance so that we are able to accommodate your specific scheduling requests.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your service to allow for proper check in. |
Cancellations
| We appreciate that 24 hour notice be given to cancel or change an appointment. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, guests will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. Large groups / multiple services will be required to provide a credit card number to reserve appointment times. Late arrivals may result in customizing your service to fit the remaining booking time. |
Gratuities
| Gratuities are at the guest's discretion and appreciated by the staff for outstanding service. |
