Sam became part of the Third Avenue Spa team in March 2021 after relocating from Toronto to Ottawa to complete her Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media with a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies at Carleton University. With over a decade in the spa industry, Sam brings her passion for creating welcoming, memorable client experiences to her role as our dedicated Marketing Coordinator with a focus on People & Culture coordination and social media.
Outside of work, Sam is an enthusiast of fashion and art; you’ll often find her exploring local thrift shops or admiring exhibitions at art galleries. Her partner, artist Jordan Childs, is the talent behind the beautiful murals displayed throughout the spa.
Sam’s favorite aspect of her role is the vibrant culture at Third Avenue Spa, where she also serves as our Social Media Manager and Communications Specialist. Her commitment to enhancing the Third Avenue Spa brand reflects her goal to keep moving good things forward as our Communications Specialist.
